Fleenor Paper Company facilities offer a variety of services to our customers. Along with manufacturing stock and unique products, Fleenor also has a full array of converting equipment available for custom converting and roll repair work. Our equipment includes roll slitters and rewinders, guillotines, sheeters and roll cutters.
Our Services Include
Slitting & Rewinding
Slitting and rewinding is a core competency and one of our most popular contract converting services. We can process all types of paper, from lightweight print to heavy board grades. Fleenor operates many different types of slitter-rewinders including a state-of-art high speed Catbridge Model 210. We can handle rolls up to 120” and 78” OD. Fleenor also specializes in narrow width slitting with precision sizes as small as 2”. We can process rolls with almost any size core. Embossing is available.
Sheeting
Fleenor operates numerous sheeters that can process lightweight tissue to heavy board stock. Our versatile machinery can accommodate most any roll size and end-product sheet size required. Embossing is available as well as custom packaging.
Warehousing
We offer monthly warehousing services that can handle almost any product that can be brought in by truck or rail, whether it be palletized or in jumbo roll form.
Mill Roll Salvage
We offer mill roll salvage and repair services. Equipment in our facilities can be used to cut off wet or damaged ends of rolls as well as re-size obsolete widths and diameters. Our converted rolls are unwindable on today’s high-speed presses and our services are an excellent way for printers to reclaim their obsolete or damaged rolls.
Clamp Trucks Transloading and Trucking Services
Fleenor has numerous large capacity clamp trucks that can be used to safely handle jumbo rolls. We offer transloading and trucking services out of all of our facilities.
